We would like to invite you to join us in the
5th Annual Columbia County Senior Health & Resource Fair!!
September 15th, 2026 –
Columbia River Four Square Church
10am – 3pm
Vendor Benefits for this year:
Discount – 10% off if you have your registration form and payment in full to my office by
June 1 st !!!
Lunch – all vendors will receive 2 tickets.
Tables – all tables will be 8ft. Tablecloths are provided if needed.
Plus** – The first 3 Platinum sponsor registration forms received and paid in full will have
their company logos on the classroom sign.
The directory! The directory gets handed to everyone as they come through the door. You
can purchase a ¼, ½, or full-page ad. Run an article, offer a coupon, or share company
information. The deadline to place anything in the directory is August 1st!

We invite you to join us in empowering our local senior community by highlighting the
resources available to them. Many seniors and their families struggle to navigate the
available services, making this the perfect opportunity to showcase how your business can offer essential support and solutions.
Get ready for a fun, fast-paced day! Senior health fairs are incredibly busy, and the time will fly by, so make sure you bring plenty of marketing materials and giveaways. We are expecting over 70 vendors and more than 350 people to attend the fair. We are also
looking for speakers to fill 30-minute sessions in one of our three rooms. Let us know if
